If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No reason required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout; or
• Email us at admin@whisk-ai.ai and we will arrange the refund through Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

After the refund window

After 30 days, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle's refund policy.
