Whisk.ai is free

The Service is currently free to use. We do not sell subscriptions or one-off access, there is no checkout, and we do not collect payment details. There is therefore nothing to be charged for and nothing to refund.

Purchases made previously

If you paid for access before the Service became free and believe you are owed a refund, email n.preece@outlook.com with the email address you used at the time. We will arrange a full refund to your original payment method, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If paid features return

If we introduce paid features in the future, this page will be updated with the applicable refund terms before any charge is made.
